One on the water

Warning you will get wet! Combine a love of the water and all things fitness in One Float.

This HIIT whole body workout is a fun, low impact, class. It’s all on water! Burpee, lunge, squat, plank, salute the sun and more on the inflatable platform.


Time: 30 mins

Bring: Towel, water and change of clothes.

Wear: Swimmers or gym wear you are happy to get wet.

Music: 6 tracks – trainer’s choice
