Our new Outdoor "Training Zone” is an amazing space which allows Personal Training clients to enjoy the outdoor environment whilst training. The area contains portable equipment along with adjustable pull up bars, TRX Suspension Training® and benches for body weight exercises.

Experts agree that those who exercise with a personal trainer are more likely to adhere to their fitness program than those who don't. This is because your personal trainer provides a program specially designed to push you to your limit, to keep you moving and to motivate you every step of the way. With a combination of strength and cardio training, nutritional advice and stretching, our personal trainers guarantee results fast.


Mingara One also offers Group Personal Training Sessions which cater for small groups of 3 to 5 participants who want to work out together. These sessions offer not only the benefits of personalised attention and expert training programs but you also have the added motivation and social aspects to inspire you to work harder.
