In conjunction with Central Coast Area Health, Mingara One can introduce you to a wide range of weight-bearing, resistance, cardio, and core stability programs which are safe, effective and great fun! Our class timetable includes:
Senior Strength Training to improve strength, endurance and bone density;
Aqua Fitness - a gentle exercise class held in the Olympic pool providing a safe, supportive environment that reduces the impact of the exercises on joints and muscles;
Ab-Solution to work your abdominals and back and reduce back pain;
Our qualified instructors keep you motivated and moving in a safe, social environment.
