This class is perfect for any new mum and the perfect addition to your Mums and Bubs workout week!
Rebuild core strength, posture, balance and stretch. Bubs 3 to 12 months welcome. Bring your pram.
Like any of our programs – seek your Doctors advice for postnatal exercise and always speak to our instructors if you have any injuries. Take each class at your own pace – we’ll always give you all the options.
