A mix of yoga, pilates and core strength.

Flow from one pose to the next, prepare to sweat at 32º.

We recommend that you try our One Pilates class and our One Yoga – Hot class first, before unrolling your mat in One Yoga – Strong.

Like any of our classes – we encourage you to take each class at your own pace.
