I love yoga! I am a 200-hour YTT instructor and vinyasa is my favourite style. I have a Bachelors Degree in Human Movement and was a former personal trainer and fitness instructor. My teaching has a strong base in anatomical and physiological alignment and adjustment, I am fascinated by the miracle that is the human body.
In addition to the above, this year I will complete my 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training including yin and acro yoga.
