All about Bec

I have worked at Mingara One for over 10 years now in a few roles from the gym floor, personal training and fitness classes. My current role is specialising in Aqua Fitness in Studio 5 and Mums and Bubs classes. I have always had a passion for fitness and feel so lucky to be able to work doing something I’m so passionate about.

Make a splash

My love for the water classes began in my late teens when swimming for fitness was my thing! From then I taught Learn to Swim, coached swimming then went on to qualify as an Aqua aerobics instructor.

One for the Mums

I have recently started teaching Mums and Bubs classes which became a real interest for me after having two children of my own. I am now able to educate and train new mums offering support and encouragement when returning to exercise after having a baby – you can even bring your baby to class!

Sing along

I am extremely passionate about educating clients on the benefits of exercise. Whether new to exercise or not, I love to welcome you to my class and help encourage and support you to meet your own goals. I love to challenge you in my class to work to the best of YOUR ability, but at the same time, have fun laughing and singing along to the music! I guarantee you’ll love the classes – the singing…no guarantees.
