I have a diploma in Fitness, am a certified Les Mills instructor and am certified in TRX and Kettlebells.
My favourite styles of training are cycle and RPM classes, boxing and HIIT circuits. My favourite things to do are to spend time with my family, going to the beach and enjoying good food and wine with friends. I also like good music and dancing.
What’s your one thing?
My goals for training are to move my body so I can keep up with my two busy young boys and to allow time to myself for a mental break.
