I’ve been into fitness since I was about 18, and I made it my career in 2013. After helping my sister lose a tonne of weight (check out Kate Writer @dedikated_lifestyle) I felt that I could help others do the same and lead a healthier lifestyle through exercise.

My fitness passion is Crossfit & Functional Fitness training. I love the variety, competitiveness and the encouragement from those I train with. For me it’s the closest thing to a sport within a gym environment. It’s always challenging and something new. I hate boring workouts and I love the programming side of it.

I’m always having a joke and a bit of laugh and I tend not to take myself too seriously. If you come to any of my classes, you’ll find out pretty quickly that I love what I do and that I’m always down for a good laugh and a tough workout.

You’ll catch me hanging out in Studio 4 most of the time, I train and teach in there most days. I’m an instructor for all things functional i.e. One Strong, One Fit, One Blast & One Blast Warrior and I love it, the members and the energy in the room is unreal. As well teaching the classes, I also roam the floor socialising and engaging with our members. I take care of most things maintenance wise for the gym as well as a do bunch of one-on-one personal training sessions every week.
