My goals are to consistently find a balance between work, fitness and home life. It’s the biggest struggle for the majority of our members, especially since a high number of them are parents like myself. My goal is not necessarily to try to better myself but to find a happy medium and maintain. I always like a challenge, but maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle is more of a priority.
I’m very passionate about being a great Dad and always being there for my family. My family is my highest priority so I make sure I can be there for them whenever they need me. In social terms I am very passionate about Rugby League, Mixed Martial Arts and also live music. Most of my limited social calendar revolves around those three things.
What makes me, me is definitely my personality and humour. I love laughing and making people laugh ever since I was the class clown in school. No matter how bad a day I can have I still have the ability to bring a smile to the face of members.
Nothing is ever too serious in the work/gym place. It’s always been my goal to make members feel comfortable with me whether it’s on the floor, as my Personal Training client, or in one of my classes. It’s always been my philosophy that we train smart and not overdo it. I’ve always taken the time to explain why we do things in a class or a session. Education is my main goal in order for a client or member to understand why we do certain things.
I like members to train with me so I can help with their balance in life of exercising, laughing, enjoying the gym environment and making it work with their entire lifestyle. I like members to do my classes to enjoy learning new exercises and experiencing them first hand with me.
