Fitness Philosophy:
It’s all about balance and consistency! Keep it simple – find forms of movement that you genuinely enjoy, and do them as often as you can!

For me, nothing matches the vibe you get from group fit classes! Body Attack, Pump, Pilates and HIIT being some of my favourites. You’ll always leave the class feeling 10x better than when you started! (Even if all those attack plyo lunges have your legs shaking up the stairs).

Fun Fact:

I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at UTS, and plan to do post-grad study in either Physio or Neuroscience.

What Makes Life Great For Me:

Enjoying a balanced lifestyle – Training often, eating well, catching up with friends and family, and making the most of the beautiful area we live in.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me catching the sunrise, swimming in the ocean, bushwalking with friends, playing music and drinking lots of coffee. I’ll never say no to an adventure!
