All about Jacinta

I have been a PT for (*cough*) 16 years now and for 14 of those years trained hard and fast. In the last 12 months I have changed the way I train focussing on Yoga and Pilates as the basis of all my training. I believe variety and consistency is the key, keep it fun and fresh so you want to come back for more. I am passionate about Mingara One Group Fitness, in particular; Yoga, Pilates and Body Balance. My style as a personal trainer varies. I like to get to know the client, set their goals then determine what style of training works best for them. It should be fun, varied, challenging and rewarding. My role at Mingara One Fitness consists of Group Fitness, Exercise Specialist and Personal Training.
