All about Jarryd

I started studying health and fitness whilst I was still in high school as I always loved training and how it made me feel physically and mentally. I knew at an early age I wanted to help others feel the same.

I have been coaching functional fitness classes and personal training since 2008. Personally, exercising has always made me feel alive and I have always performed the best I can in all facets of life when I take the time to exercise throughout each and every week.


  • Cert III & IV in Fitness
  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer


Now, being a father of two, I totally understand the challenges of work, family and life balance. I believe if you make the time to exercise, even it’s only a few times a week, you will feel alive and be the best version of yourself which will benefit your family, friends and most importantly you.

No matter your age or ability

Whether it is on the gym floor, one on one personal training or in my classes, I love training with the members and getting to know them and making sure they feel confident as well as having a laugh at the same time.

I’m all about strength and conditioning as well as functional fitness and I do love my boxing, mixed martial arts and mobility. I believe when we train in the gym, it’s to help us feel and move the best we can outside of the gym and enjoy life!
