Move as much as you can in as many ways as possible and make it fun!
I grew up in an active family and have been a runner my whole life. As I have gotten older my fitness philosophy has changed.
I used to train 6 days a week and compete in 400m hurdles. To me growing up fitness was regimented training and always trying to be better than your last race. If it wasn’t a PB it wasn’t good enough.
Since giving up competitive athletics, I’ve found the Fun in fitness I started wakeboarding, snowboarding and surfing and I LOVE IT! I stay fit and healthy to get better at the hobbies that I love and give me energy.
