I have always been passionate about fitness growing up competing in athletics and within a very active family. After realising in year 12 that university was not likely going to be for me, I started working in the fitness industry and have been surrounded by fitness ever since.

I love teaching and participating in Les Mills Programs of all sorts including, Body Attack, RPM, Body Pump and CX Worx. You will also find me hitting the pavement running. I love to challenge myself in fun runs and half marathons. In short, I just love to run!
Living a fit, happy and healthy lifestyle is super important to me and I spend as much time outdoors as possible. I am super passionate about board sports whether it be surfing, wakeboarding or snowboarding.
I am a super motivated person who rarely can sit still. If I am not out and about running or riding, you will find me in the kitchen baking. I love trying new recipes, new food concepts and experimenting with vegan and allergy friendly foods.
My perfect day
A perfect day for me is sun, close friends and family out on the boat, wakeboarding/wake surfing and flat water! In the winter season, I also dream of riding down the mountain in knee-deep powder; darting in and around the trees.
