Biography
My fitness philosophy :
I truly believe that movement is medicine and there is something out there for everybody. Movement is not just about physical health; it can change who you are as a person – which is what I absolutely love about it. Group Fitness changed my life, I’ve always loved music and working hard – and this became my outlet and then my passion. It made me happier, healthier, stronger, and changed my confidence. It also brought me into the biggest and best community that I know, a group of people who are dedicated to working hard to be a better version of themselves and encouraging others to do it along the way. It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting, returning or a seasoned athlete, the human body thrives on movement, it is all about finding your way to move and having fun whilst you do it!
Fun Fact: My first group fitness class was an RPM with my dad when I was about 16, I left halfway through and couldn’t believe how hard it was and how fit my dad was – definitely a reality check!
What makes life great: We are so lucky to have so much natural beauty around us on the Central Coast, alongside an amazing community – which is what makes life on the Coast so great! Of course, you can’t forget friends and family, spending time with them is where you will catch me on my days off. There’s so much to love about life – embrace it!
Classes I teach: Body Pump, Body Attack, Grit, RPM and Sprint
