All about Kim

I am passionate about Yoga and continue to regularly attend Yoga Professional Development workshops and courses in Australia and overseas as I believe Yoga is a life-long study and that there is always more to learn and discover within myself and my teaching.

My aim during classes is to bring a deeper understanding and self-awareness of the physical body, the movement of the breath and attention of the mind. Classes are designed to increase strength and stability but practicing with a balance of ease and effort. It’s not about how flexible you are or how hard you can push, it’s about how you feel afterwards. Classes always conclude with a guided relaxation


  • A diploma in Yoga Studies
  • Have been practicing yoga since 1992
