I’m an American girl living Down Under and loving it! In 2008 I travelled to Africa to do a bit of volunteer work. It was there where I met a lovely Aussie who I now call my husband. Fast forward to today and we now have two little boys and are nicely settled on the Central Coast.
Finding a balance between exercise and the rest of life is the key to long-term success. Put the time in, find activities/exercises that you enjoy, challenge and push yourself, but have that scoop of ice cream!
Health and fitness have always been a part of my adult life. I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion in the United States. Since moving to Australia I’ve obtained my Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, as well as, my Les Mills Bodypump and RPM certifications. I’ve also recently completed a 200hr yoga teacher training course.
