Fitness Philosophy:

Health and fitness is not just about what you look like on the outside. It’s about how you feel on the inside. It’s about mental health and doing something for your self.

I love personal training and working with an individual to get the desired results. But my passion lies in group fitness. The sweaty fun and energy in a group fitness room is all I need to get through a workout. A room full of likeminded people pushing themselves is my happy space. I love that I can inspire and share my knowledge.

I started my fitness journey just like most people. Trying all the fad diets and slogging it out in the gym with no real lasting results.

One day I was fed up with it all and decided to change the way I was doing things. I started going to classes in the gym that I enjoyed, for fun. I made some small changes to my life style and things started to change. So much so that I thought I could share what I’ve learnt with other people struggling to find that balance between mum life, work life and a healthy life.

If your are thinking of joining a class but not sure if you should, come and speak to myself or any other trainer. Walking through the door is the biggest step. And we are here to help you.

You will find me mostly in studio 1 or 2 teaching a Les Mills program. Or occasionally on the pool deck teaching Aqua.
