I LOVE living an active and healthy lifestyle.
I believe that balance is everything and consistency is key!
Having the perfect balance for me is being able to put the right amount of energy towards every aspect of your life. I have also learnt the importance of time management. Creating time for family, friends, partners, work, studying, cooking, training and anything else can be pretty full on but prioritizing and finding that balance that fits you and your lifestyle will ensure that you are able to do all these things and still have energy and FEEL GOOD!
Most importantly I’ve learnt that “ME TIME” is crucial. Giving yourself that time out of the day to sit back and reflect enables you to be clear about what you want and helps to set your intentions in the right direction. It gives me that feeling of fulfilment.

What are some of your favourite things to do?
Okay, so it is no secret that I LOVE training! My favourite has got to be training booty and hamstrings, and weights all the way! With occasional cardio like boxing or running. Outside adventures like bushwalks/scenic walks/hikes make me super happy, I love nothing more than being outside breathing in the fresh air looking at nature which I find highly aesthetically pleasing.
So besides my active/fitness side, I have a deep love for getting messy in the kitchen. Savoury and sweet food you name it and chances are I love it… lol. Finding recipes or creating my own that are mainly using whole ingredients are my fav, the cleaner the better!
