Be at one

Take a moment to be at one with your mind. Training your mind to be peaceful is a learned skill. It takes practice. Once your mind can be peaceful, you will be happy and positive through all life’s challenges.

Take time out and allow yourself to be guided through a 30-minute meditation.

 

Time:  30 mins

Bring: Towel, water.

Wear:  Comfortable clothing

Music: Calming
