Biography

My love of exercise began in childhood when I took my first dance class. This love of dance and movement became a daily habit. When I left dance this habit stuck and I soon found the gym – dance classes always my preferred style.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Fitness
  • Matwork Pilates
  • Barre Attack Certified Instructor
  • Diploma in Children’s Services

Initially, I began a career in early childhood education before taking time off to focus on raising my children. As rewarding as this was I personally desired something more. My love of exercise was still as strong as ever, so I decided to follow my passion and completed both cert III in group fitness and Barre Attack training. I have been teaching Barre since Jan 2017 and began teaching dance in 2018.

Everything in moderation

My driving goal is to remain strong and healthy whilst still enjoying life’s pleasures. Everything in moderation!

I enjoy working alongside our members. Life is busy so my classes are generally my training session too. I love experiencing the enthusiasm of my participants. They drive me to push through the class, stay motivated and hopefully inspire others to do the same.
