We are so excited to sponsor RunFest Central Coast on Sunday 26 November at The Entrance. Race day is just around the corner… Here’s all the important information you need to know:

 

PRIOR TO RACE DAY

Complete the online registration form to register your spot at RunFEST. Choose the distance that suits you best – 3km, 5km, 10km or 21.1km (half marathon).

Check out trainer Jordan’s running program to get you race ready!

Then visit us at Mingara One the day before race day on Saturday 25 November to collect your Race Kit (including your timing chip, bib number and any merchandise you ordered).

Your race kit will be available to collect between 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm.

 

RACE DAY – BEFORE YOUR RACE

Drop off your belongings at the secure bag drop location at The Memorial Park, The Entrance so they can be stored during your race.

Remember to stretch, and stay hydrated prior to your race.

Double check your event start times ->  Check the timetable below to see when your race begins. The start area will open 10 minutes prior to your starting time. Wave starts will be employed to ensure the safety of everyone.

It is important that you do not walk over the start or finish timing mat before your event begins, or completion of your event. Timing Chips are integrated into your Race Bib and will be activated when you cross the start line. Your timing chip will start when you cross the start line of your chosen event. Your time will be automatically recorded when you cross the finish line. Please ensure that you do not bend your race bib / timing chip as it may impact its ability to scan and track your results. Your timing results will be online on the RunFEST website after the event.

 

AFTER YOUR RACE

Take a few moments to yourself to let it all soak in! What an achievement. You should be so proud of yourself!!

Don’t forget to make rest and recovery a priority in the days after your race. This is a great opportunity to attend one of our yoga classes, or hydrotherapy session in the pool.
