I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and I’m passionate about health and fitness, I’m pretty committed to my own training and plan my training around my classes, I believe if you set a plan you’re more likely to stick to it.

Apart from spending time with family and friends or watching a great movie, exercise is my favourite thing to do, I love educating people and seeing them achieve their goals, I believe exercise should be enjoyable, rewarding and suitable for everyone; my classes are all about a fun positive environment.
