Fitness Philosophy:
Exercise has such a powerful impact on our mood, lifestyle and our mindset. I feel immensely passionate about helping others find their best and most confident self through their own personal health and fitness journey. And of course, having fun in the process!
Fun Facts:
- I love nature and exploring all it has to offer! The sunrise is my favourite place to spend my mornings with a coffee, my journal and my favourite book. Anywhere in the sunshine is my happy place.
- I played competitive touch football my whole life, as well as athletics, dancing and singing. My sports background stemmed to my love for fitness, the gym and the team/ community vibe!
What makes life great for you?
So many things. Life is what you make of it. I feel most whole when surrounded by the people I love most and creating fulfilling experiences. Life is great being able to influence the lives of others through their health, fitness and overall lifestyle at Mingara One.
