Biography

Fitness philosophy:

Exercise to me is all about finding training styles that you love and having fun with it. Exercise can help you in all aspects of your life including your physical and mental wellbeing.

From a young age I have been passionate about health and fitness. Competitive national level gymnastics, CrossFit, netball and football a few of the sports that have me hooked on living a healthy, active lifestyle.

I love being a part of people’s health and fitness journey and helping them become the best versions of themselves!

 

Fun fact:

  • I started my own activewear brand (Elevate Active) when I was 16.
  • I love travelling, exploring new destinations and making memories with the people I love most.
  • I did national level competitive gymnastics for 7 years when I was younger.

 

What makes life great for me: 

For me I love being outdoors, spending time in the sun and moving my body whenever I can.

I am my happiest when spending quality time with family and friends and having a nice long swim in the ocean.
